Teams Community and Channel: Plus button missing

Hello everyone,

I cannot find the answer to this issue. I created a community with a few channels and I do not have a plus sign to add a folder for files. Yes, I have an active subscription and yes, I've updated all systems. How can I fix this issue??

    Hello,

    If you are the owner of the community/channel, in the file tab, you should have upload button, not plus sign. Do you have the upload button?
