    Hi,

Can you describe a few more details i.e. any error messages you get while deleting items? A picture also will help a lot.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

In Microsoft Teams Free, the email address is tied to the Microsoft account used to sign in. To remove an unwanted email so it is no longer associated with the account or searchable in Teams Free, remove that email address from the Microsoft account itself.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Go to Manage how you sign in to Microsoft: https://account.live.com/names/Manage and sign in with the Microsoft account currently used in Teams Free.
    2. Under account aliases, select Add email (if needed) and add the email address that should be kept, then complete verification.
    3. After there is at least one other email or phone number on the account, select the unwanted email address and choose Remove.
      • Note: A primary alias cannot be removed until another alias is set as primary.
    4. To ensure the change is reflected in Teams Free on mobile, uninstall the Teams app and reinstall it from the app store, then sign in with the remaining/desired email.

Removing the email from the Microsoft account immediately removes it from the Teams Free profile, and it will no longer be usable for sign-in or for others to search in Teams Free.
