    Hello, I'm Quinn and here to help!

    In Teams, there's no follow features like on social media. It uses chat feature to connect with people. Here's how:

    1. Click the Chat icon in the left sidebar
    2. Click the New Chat icon at the top
    3. Search for your friend's email
    4. Start a conversation, then they'll appear in your recent contacts

    Then you can add them to your favorites to make them easier to find by clicking the three dots when you hover your mouse/cursor over to their name.
