Hi, could you please help us check whether there is any issue with Microsoft Teams webinar registration tracking?

We created a Teams webinar and shared the registration link with over 800 invitees, but the dashboard currently shows only 36 registration page views and 28 registered participants.

Could you please check the Microsoft 365 Admin Center service health and, if needed, open a support ticket with Microsoft Teams support?

Thank you.

    Hello @Karina Utegulova,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

I would like to clarify that, as a forum moderator, I do not have access to advanced troubleshooting tools or the ability to contact Microsoft Support on your behalf. Please consider me as an end user, providing guidance based on experience and available documentation.

However, I have reviewed the Microsoft 365 Admin Center service health information and checked the resources available to me, but I was unable to find any known issues or official documentation related to the behavior you described.

For this reason, I recommend contacting the Microsoft Technical Support team directly from your tenant. The support team has access to backend diagnostics and telemetry data that are not exposed publicly.

Contacting Microsoft Support directly from your tenant is necessary because:

    • This help Microsoft support engineers receive tenant-specific data (such as your webinar configuration, registration logs, and telemetry), which is not visible to external parties or forum moderators.
    • Any investigation into registration tracking issues requires access to backend diagnostics tied to your organization’s environment, which can only be accessed when the request is submitted from your tenant.
    • Support requests must be authenticated and linked to the affected tenant for privacy and security reasons, this ensures they are troubleshooting the correct environment.
    • Additionally, only requests raised from your tenant can be properly escalated internally if the issue involves a service-side problem.

You can follow this instruction to Contact Microsoft Education support:

You'll need to be a Microsoft 365 Admin to submit a support request to Microsoft Education Support Team.

    • Submit a service request: The Global Administrator should create a support request with Microsoft to receive advanced technical assistance. For detailed instructions, see: Contact - Microsoft Support

    • If your subscription is from a partner or reseller, contact the reseller's support provider to help open a service request on behalf of you instead.

I’m happy to support you throughout the process. Once you’ve created the support request and received a ticket number, feel free to share it with me via private message. I can help you track the case and suggest next steps if needed.

To access the private message, please refresh this page, you should see a pop-up at the top of your thread. Click on View message to review it.

Thank you, and please let me know if you need any further assistance.
