How do i build an iphone app that a shows the telecom pair number when the pair color is entered or vise versa?

I would like to build an excel based widget that allows a technician to determine their desired wire pair based on the standardized color of the pair entered or to determine the standardized color of that wire pair by entering the pair number. This app should include binder group colors and fiber color coding as well.
