    1. May I please know the exact error message you receive when you try to open Excel on your Mac?
    2. Could you please let me know which edition of Microsoft Office you are using (for example, Microsoft 365, Office 2024, Office 2021, etc.) and the version of macOS currently installed on your Mac?
    3. Also, are other Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and PowerPoint, working normally?
