Trying to install System Center Virtual Machine Manager but fails part way through process

Hi,
Not sure where to get help but this is an issue as part of our journey to HyperV.
Below is the error message.
Error 1720. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Custom action ConfigWsman script error -2147221503, Line 312, Column 9
Brand new install with SQL Server 2022, Service account is a local admin and has log on as a service rights running on Windows Server 2022.
Not sure where else to go for help.
If anyone see's this please help!
