According to Excel data types: Stocks and geography, "The Stocks and Geography data types are only available to Microsoft 365 accounts or those with a free Microsoft Account. You must also have the English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese editing language added to Office Language Preferences."
I'm not pretty sure what language you are using but (honestly Gemini told me) Dutch is not one of the listed languages.
So it may be helpful to check your Office Language Preferences and add English. For the web version, as there's not such an option, you may need to change the display language.
