How to fix Microsoft office activation

At the time of purchase, the product specifications clearly mentioned that the device comes with a complimentary Microsoft Office 2024 license. However, upon setting up the laptop, we are unable to access Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, etc. The system is prompting us to purchase a license in order to use these applications.

This appears to be inconsistent with the product specifications provided at the time of purchase.

We have attached the product details for your reference and request you to kindly look into this matter and provide a resolution at the earliest. We would appreciate guidance on how to activate the included license or necessary steps to resolve this issue.

    Did your laptop come with Office applications preinstalled?

    Did Amazon provide you with a product key to redeem and activate Office, or were you instructed to sign in to your Microsoft account to activate Office 2024?

    If Office 2024 came preinstalled on your device, usually you only need to sign in to your Microsoft account, and Office should activate automatically. From that point on, your Microsoft account serves as your product key because the Office license is linked to it.
