I can not save my excel file nor send it to the printer. Is my account up to date?

    Are you getting any error message when you try to save or print the Excel file?

    Also, is this happening with all Excel files or only one specific file?

    When you open Excel and go to File > Account, what does it show under Product Information? Does it say Activated, or does it ask you to sign in?

    Are you using a Microsoft 365 subscription or a one-time purchase version of Office?
