Cant create an Azure VM on the Azure subscrition, created when assigning Azure credits from Partner Program

I could create a VM on my existing subscription "MCPP", but not on "Microsoft Azure-sponsorat", where only 1 size is available in dropdown, but "This size is currently unavailable in northeurope for this subscription: NotAvailableForSubscription."

    I think the Azure‑sponsorat subscription only shows the VM sizes that are allowed for that offer in that region, and NotAvailableForSubscription appears when a size is not allowed for that subscription
