    Is it Office Home 2024?

If so, it doesn't include Classic Outlook in case that's what you are using. See the comparison chart here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/buy/compare-all-microsoft-365-products?msockid=2f024275e21f64ea3c9c52cde3346537

Follow these steps in order, testing Outlook after each major step:

    1. Install latest Office and Windows updates
Outlook works best when fully updated. Install all available Office and Windows updates. For Office, follow the steps in Install Office updates.
    2. Start Outlook in Safe Mode and disable add-ins
Add-ins can prevent Outlook from loading even when other apps work.
      1. Press Windows key + R.
      2. Type Outlook /safe and select OK.
      3. If Outlook opens, go to File > Options > Add-ins.
      4. At the bottom, ensure Manage: COM Add-ins is selected, then choose Go.
      5. Clear all check boxes to disable all add-ins and select OK.
      6. Close Outlook and start it normally. If it now opens, re-enable add-ins one by one to find the problematic one.
    3. Repair Office installation (Online Repair)
If Outlook still will not load:
      1. Open Control Panel.
      2. Select Uninstall a program under Programs.
      3. Right-click the Microsoft 365/Office 2024 installation entry and choose Change.
      4. Select Online Repair and complete the repair.
      5. After repair, try starting Outlook again.
    4. Repair Outlook data files
Corrupted data files can block Outlook from starting.
      1. Close Outlook.
      2. Use the Inbox Repair Tool (SCANSPST.EXE) as described in Repair Outlook Data Files (.pst and .ost) to scan and repair Outlook data files.
      3. Start Outlook again.
    5. Create a new Outlook profile
If Outlook still will not load, create a new profile.
      1. Open Control Panel.
      2. Select User Accounts > Mail.
      3. Select Show Profiles.
      4. Select the existing profile and choose Remove (only if data is backed up or stored on the server). Otherwise, skip removal.
      5. Select Add, enter a Profile Name, and configure the account (user name and primary SMTP address).
      6. Complete setup and then start Outlook with the new profile.

If Outlook continues to fail after these steps, collect any error messages shown when launching Outlook and use them when contacting Microsoft Support or posting on Microsoft Q&A for further diagnosis.
