    Just to clarify first, are you trying to update Excel to the latest version on your Mac, upgrade to a newer Microsoft 365 plan/license, Or are you getting a message saying your license or subscription needs attention?

    Also, what version of Excel are you currently using? Could you also share your current Excel version and your macOS version/build?
