I want to cancel my late Dad's Microsoft subscription, but I don't have his login details

Hi There

My Dad passed away some time ago, and I would like to cancel his Microsoft subscription. I don't have his login details. How do I cancel his subscription?

Hello.

To request access to another users account is a legal process. Microsoft needs to be served court order or subpoena. Please refer to the process here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/accessing-outlook-com-onedrive-and-other-microsoft-services-when-someone-has-died-ebbd2860-917e-4b39-9913-212362da6b2f

this process can take time. It might be quicker to cancel it from his credit card company instead.
