My email address purchased through GoDaddy is ******@gracieandlily.com I can send emails but can’t receive emails on my Outlook365 account…?

    Hello

    Are you saying your email from gracieandlily.com to outlook.com is not arriving? If so, you need to work with GoDaddy to set up DMARC, SPF and DKIM records for your domain. They are all missing and they are required.
