Hello,
My partner is the organiser for our family Microsoft 365 account. He's trying to login, but keep getting error saying that "Parent or guardian consent is required for this account. Based on the information provided, a parent or guardian needs to help finish setting up this account". I can't fix the problem because I'm not the organiser, he is.
Please help ASAP?

The date of Birth might be wrong on this profile. Are you an Organizer as well, or a member? If the former, you should be able to change it.
