Hi, POOTS _
This looks like a Microsoft Family Safety/Xbox family role issue, not a Minecraft issue. If the 14-year-old account is treated as a child account, only the adult organizer who granted consent can remove it or change Xbox privacy settings.
Solution: Here are some suggestions you can try:
Sign in at Microsoft Family Safety using the adult account that created or approved the child account. Open the child’s profile, remove parental consent first if that option appears, then try Remove from family group.
If the child account does not appear under Manage consent, it usually means consent was granted by a different Microsoft account. In that case, it is recommended that you check any other adult Microsoft accounts used on the PC, Xbox, or browser.
For Minecraft multiplayer, also try the Xbox Family Settings app or Xbox privacy settings, signed in as the organizer, then allow multiplayer/cross-network play. If no organizer account can be accessed, contact Xbox Support, because normal member accounts cannot fix organizer/consent ownership themselves.
