I have a Microsoft 365 premium plan. I try to use copilot. when I do, after a period of time I get a daily limit message and I can no longer work with copilot. This is constantly happening. I am logged in to the correct account. I use copilot app. My icon is in the bottom right showing my correct email. I only have 1 Microsoft account. I have logged off and back on. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have forced a stop and restarted it. Nothing corrects the daily limit message.

    Hi Frank DeAndrea

Thank you reaching out to Microsoft QnA.

Microsoft 365 Personal, Microsoft 365 Family and Microsoft 365 Premium plans include the latest AI features to power your productivity and creativity. Some of these features have limits to the number of times they can be used within a specific time period while others require the use of AI credits. Limit and AI credit allotments depend on your Microsoft 365 plan. If you already have a Microsoft 365 Personal or Family plan, you can switch to Microsoft 365 Premium to access the most extensive limits available.

You may be able to use some features more frequently in the Microsoft Copilot app, such as Voice. These limits may vary based on the feature, entry point, and system conditions. Limits may also change over time as new AI models become available.
