In Microsoft Teams desktop, the file picker should show the full menu, including options like Attach cloud files and Upload from this device. The screenshot indicates the bottom of this menu is cut off, which is typically a client‑side display issue.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Resize or restore the Teams window
Exit full‑screen if enabled and slightly resize the Teams window. This forces the file picker to recalculate its position and often reveals the full menu.
    2. Use the standard attach flow instead of the recent list
      In the chat/channel:
      1. Select Actions and apps > Attach file again.
      2. If visible, choose Attach cloud files or Upload from this device instead of picking from the recent list at the top.
These options open a separate dialog that is not clipped by the menu.
    3. Try keyboard navigation
When the menu is open, press Tab or Down Arrow to move focus past the recent files list. If the hidden options are reachable, pressing Enter on them will open the full file dialog.
    4. Switch to the Teams mobile app as a workaround
On mobile, tap the Plus sign next to the compose box, then Attach, and browse to the file location. This bypasses the desktop UI issue.
    5. Update or restart Teams
Close Teams completely (including from the system tray) and reopen it. If the problem persists, check for updates from the Teams menu and install any available updates, as UI issues are often fixed in newer builds.

If the issue only occurs on this device and not for colleagues after these steps, involve the IT admin to check for display scaling or graphics driver issues on the affected machine.

    Hi @Muhammad Irfan Omar

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the screenshot.

First, could you please confirm whether this issue is happening on the Teams desktop app or the Teams web version? It would also be helpful if you could try the other platform and see if the same issue occurs. If the other platform works normally, you can use it temporarily while we narrow down the root cause.

Based on what you described, this does sound like a UI-related issue, which can sometimes happen due to display scaling or rendering glitches.

If you’re using Teams on the web, you might want to try adjusting the browser zoom level, as sometimes the interface can get cut off if zoom is too high. You can also try clearing your browser cache, opening Teams in an incognito/private window, or testing with a different browser to see if the behavior changes.

If the issue is happening on the Teams desktop app, you can try resizing the Teams window by dragging it smaller and then expanding it again, or exiting full-screen mode if it’s enabled.  User's image If the issue still persists, a good next step would be to clear the Teams cache and sign in again. You can follow the official guide here: Clear the Teams client cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn

If that doesn’t resolve it, reinstalling the Teams app can also help ensure everything is refreshed properly.

If you have any updates**, please leave a comment under this post**. This is the best way for me to receive notifications and follow up with you promptly.

Looking forward to your response, and I’m happy to assist further.
