Changing between multiple Teams Free accounts within the app or browser
Skype has been retired, so the best way to check your old Skype account now is through Microsoft Teams Free. Sign in with the same credentials you used for Skype. If you had an older Skype account with a Skype Name that does not start with [live:], you can try signing in with that. Otherwise, use the email address or phone number linked to the account, then check your profile to confirm it is the correct one. Microsoft also states that a Skype Name cannot be changed, because it is the unique username created when the account was first made. If you no longer remember the account details, you may need to recover the Microsoft account username linked to that Skype account.
