I have used my monthly credits from my apple ms365 monthly subscription that will expire next week , but I have since subscribed to a microsoft ms 365 personal yearly subscription (see picture). You should have refilled my credits ?

If you changed from a monthly subscription to a yearly subscription while the current monthly period was still active, the yearly subscription is added after the current month ends. However, the AI credits will not renew immediately because the monthly credits have already been used. Based on the screenshot, the current period ends on May 27, and the yearly subscription will start from that date.

2026-05-14T18:07:50.12+00:00 Hi! Since you already had an active subscription that has not ended yet, it is unlikely that you were able to purchase a new subscription under the same Microsoft account.
Please sign in with that account here and check whether the new subscription appears as active:
https://account.microsoft.com/services
If it does not appear there, please check whether the purchase was made using a different Microsoft account.

2026-05-14T18:38:22.6333333+00:00 Thanks for the reply and the screenshot. I can see that on the Microsoft account website, you only have one active subscription. This means the subscription was likely purchased under a different Microsoft account than the one currently signed in on your iPad.
Please open the app on your iPad, sign out of the current account, and then sign back in using the Microsoft account that shows the active subscription. After signing in with the correct account, the subscription should be recognized in the app.
