Planner - bottom scroll bar is WAYYYYY too small!!

I take it Microsoft didn't take accessibility issues into account when they developed the "new" Microsoft Teams Planner. The bottom scroll bar is so small, and such a light shade of grey that it's barely visible. The thing is the size of a human hair!! Trying to scroll left and right through your "Buckets" is nerve racking. It's hard to grab that miniscule scroll bar on the bottom, and half the time I end up rearranging the taskbar by accident instead. If someone has vision issues, the only option is to change the display settings for EVERYTHING. That's not necessary, and shouldn't be the only option. Do better Microsoft! This is not OK!!

There is no setting in the provided context to change or enlarge the horizontal scrollbar specifically for Planner in the new Microsoft Teams.
