Autopilot Hybrid Join - User Driven - Loop before login appear

During the Autopilot phase, after Autopilot HJ starts, the keyboard is requested because the configuration requires it. Then the PC checks for Windows updates, installs them if present, restarts, and then, before the login request appears, in some cases the PC enters a loop and the screen requesting user credentials does not appear. What could this be? Thanks.
