Log into your Microsoft Account on this link, do you find the Office licence/subscription linked to your account there.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

    2

If not, open the Store app, then click Library at the bottom left, is there an 'Included with this device' section and if so, is Office listed there.

After a reset, pre-installed Office on a laptop often needs to be activated again or reinstalled from the associated Microsoft account.

    Use these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft account used to activate or redeem Office when the laptop was new.
    2. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and check that the Office or Microsoft 365 product is listed for the device.
    3. If listed, select Install to download the Office installer, then run it to reinstall Office on the laptop.
    4. After installation, open an Office app (for example, Word or Excel). When prompted with Try, Buy, or Activate Office, choose Activate and sign in with the same Microsoft account.

If the reset was a push-button reset back to the manufacturer’s image and Outlook, Access, or Publisher are missing or Office shows Let’s get started, reinstall Office as described in Download and install or reinstall Microsoft 365 or Office 2024 on a PC or Mac. When the install completes, Office will be activated and missing apps restored.

If Office was pre-installed and has never been activated on this reset, first start any Office app, then choose Try, Buy, or Activate Office according to the offer that came with the PC (see Try, buy, or activate Office that's pre-installed on a new PC in the referenced article).
