I have reset my android phone last night and since then, unable to setup work profile. It was working on the same device before reset.

Have installed Company Portal App and tried following the instructions however, unable to get past the step to verify with Passkey. I have also deleted past Microsoft v-ID account profiles from the phone. Kindly suggest.

Hey there, Prashant Murli Manohar Prasad (Allyis Inc)

If this is your v-ID Microsoft corporate account, you will need to put a ticket in for Microsoft's IT to reset your passkey. This can either be done by you, if you know the portal you should use, your supervisor/manager or anyone who has access to the internal IT portal.

The admin will need to remove the existing passkey from your authentication methods and clear any stale FIDO2 credentials. They will then force you to re-register your new passkey when you sign into your account again.

    Hope this helps,
    Nathan
