Refund for my subscription

Dear Microsoft Support,

I recently noticed that I was charged $159 for a subscription after my free trial ended. However, I only used the service for around 2 days after the trial period and did not intend to continue the subscription.

I would kindly like to request a refund for the charge. I understand there may be charges for the 2 days of usage after the free trial and I am happy for that amount to be deducted if necessary.

I would really appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

Kind regards

If the Microsoft 365 was not cancelled before the trial period ended, a 1 year subscription would automatically have been created, you can use the steps provided on this link to cancel the subscription, you should get a full refund, and while managing the subscription, ensure you disable the recurring billing on the subscription.
