How to make announcements with the name of my company in Viva Engage?

1.Create a Service Account: Ask your IT department to create a dedicated user account with a name like "Company News", "Internal Comms", or "******@company.com". You can even set the profile picture as your company logo.

2.Use the "All Company" Community: Every Viva Engage network has a default "All Company" community.

3.Set as Official: Ensure your IT Admin marks this community as an "Official Community" to give it more authority and better visibility (it will have a verified checkmark).

4.Assign Admin Rights: Set the new Service Account as the Community Admin for the "All Company" group.
