I can access excel.cloud and open the file. I tried copying the file into my downloads but then I still get the buffering and statement that the file is closing and also I cannot open any other excel files

    Hi!

Does this problem only happen with one spreadsheet? Or with all spreadsheets?

Try force stopping Excel. Open your Android settings > Apps > Installed apps > Find Excel > Click on Force Stop > Open Excel and try opening another spreadsheet. If that doesn't work, restart your Android device.

If the problem is happening with only one spreadsheet, some formula, function, table, image, or something else may be causing the crash. Also, access Excel Web, upload the spreadsheet, and try opening it there: https://excel.cloud.microsoft/en-us/ Access it in your computer or Android browser.
