- Are you using Copilot from the Windows taskbar, the Copilot app, or Copilot in a web browser?
- Are you signed in with the same Microsoft account that was used for those previous chats?
- Does the issue happen only on this Copilot+ PC, or are the past chats missing when you open Copilot from another device or browser as well?
- When you open Copilot, does the chat history area keep showing the loading bars, or does it eventually become blank?
- If you start a new chat now, close Copilot, and reopen it, does that new chat appear in the history?

- Close and reopen Copilot
- Fully close Copilot, then open it again and wait a few moments to check whether the chat history loads.

- Open https://copilot.microsoft.com in a browser and sign in with the same account. Check whether the previous chats appear there.
