    Dear @Hiba Sherin,

I am sorry to hear you're having trouble opening Excel and that the standard repair option isn't working. This can be frustrating, but I’m here to help you get back to work as quickly as possible.

Before we move to more advanced solutions, please try these two quick fixes to see if we can bypass the error:

    1. Open in Safe Mode: Press the Windows Key + R, type excel /safe and hit Enter. If Excel opens, the issue is likely a faulty add-in.
    2. Use the SARA Tool: Microsoft provides the Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA). It is specifically designed to identify and fix Office installation errors that the standard "Repair" button cannot. Please download here: Download Enterprise Version of Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant from Official Microsoft Dow…

If the steps above do not work, I would appreciate a bit more information so I can provide a more specific solution:

    • What is the exact error message or code you see when you try to open Excel?
    • When you tried to repair Office, did you use the Quick Repair or the Online Repair? (Online Repair is more thorough but takes longer).
    • Did this start happening after a specific Windows update or after installing a new third-party program?

I look forward to your reply so I can resolve this for you.
