Cannot connect iphone to hotmail
Dear Microsoft Support Team,
I am writing to request assistance with connecting my Hotmail (Outlook.com) account to my iPhone. Despite following the recommended steps—including removing and re-adding the account, updating iOS, and checking my Microsoft account security settings—I have been unable to establish a connection.
Each attempt results in a failure to sync my emails, and I have confirmed that my account works properly when accessed via a web browser. This suggests the issue lies with the authentication between iOS Mail and Outlook.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue or confirm if there are any restrictions on my account that may be preventing the connection?
