I can't recover my email, I don't have access to the email that was as a recovery email and I've already tried many times to fill out the recovery forms, it tells me that the information is not enough. I really need to recover because there is my Documentation of my American visa

Hi, I'm Bernard. I'm happy to help!

Since you have filled out the account recovery form and are still having an issue, I recommend contacting Microsoft Accounts and Billing support by following the steps below:

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

In the search bar, type your issue, then press Enter.

Scroll down to the bottom and select the blue button "Contact Support"

Note: This is a public forum. I may respond shortly, but I apologize in advance for any delays. I am simply a fellow user trying to provide helpful insights and information.

Use the Microsoft account recovery tools and provide as much accurate information as possible; support cannot manually restore access.

    1. First, try the Sign-in Helper
    • Go to the Sign-in Helper tool: Sign-in Helper.
    • Follow the prompts to see if any recognizable verification options (phone, email) are available.
    1. Use the Microsoft account recovery form correctly If the Sign-in Helper does not work, use the official Account recovery form:
    • Open the form from a device and location previously used to sign in (home, office, usual phone or PC). This increases the chance the system recognizes the sign-in.
    • Use a working email address that can receive messages (it can be any active email, including a friend’s or a new Outlook.com address created from the Microsoft account sign in page). This is only used to contact about the recovery request.
    • Fill in the form at Account recovery form.
    1. Provide as much detail as possible The system approves recovery based on how closely the answers match what is on file. To improve chances:
    • Answer every question you can; wrong answers do not count against the request.
    • For Outlook/Hotmail:
      • Provide exact email subject lines of messages sent or received.
      • List contacts (names and email addresses) that were frequently emailed.
      • Mention folder names created (e.g., “Visa Documents”, “Travel”, etc.).
      • Ensure the correct domain is used (for example, @outlook.com vs @outlook.co.uk).
    • For passwords:
      • List old passwords that might have been used.
      • Check saved passwords in browsers or password managers and include those.
    • If the account was used with other Microsoft services (Skype, Xbox, etc.), provide requested IDs, contacts, or hardware IDs.
    1. If recovery keeps failing
    • Microsoft’s Account recovery is fully automated. Support agents and moderators cannot:
      • Send password reset links.
      • Manually unlock the account.
      • Change or bypass security information.
    • If the recovery request is unsuccessful, it is possible to try again up to two times per day. Before trying again:
      • Review the guidance in Help with the Microsoft account recovery form.
      • Wait for the cooldown period (usually about 24 hours) if rate-limited or locked out, and avoid repeated attempts during that time.
    1. When recovery is not possible
    • If two-step verification was enabled and none of the security methods (phone, email, authenticator) are accessible, or if the security info has been replaced and the form cannot verify ownership, there is no other method to recover the account.
    • In that case, Microsoft Support and moderators cannot override the system or restore access.

For critical documents (such as visa documentation), once access is restored, download and store them securely in multiple locations (local storage and another secure cloud service) to avoid future lockout issues.
