A web-based tool in Microsoft 365 that enables users to quickly create surveys, quizzes, polls, and feedback forms.
To keep group emails from being blocked as spam in Outlook.com or Outlook on the web, add the group recipients and domains to Safe Senders and remove them from any blocked lists.
Steps in Outlook.com / Outlook on the web:
- Open Outlook.com and sign in with the affected account.
- Select Settings (gear icon) at the top of the page.
- Select Mail > Junk email.
- Under Blocked senders and domains (or Blocked senders):
- Look for any of the group recipients’ addresses or domains.
- Select each one that should receive messages and choose Remove.
- Select Save.
- Under Safe senders and domains (or Safe Senders and Recipients, depending on the view):
- Add the email addresses or domains that should always receive the group messages.
- Select Save.
When a sender or domain is in the blocked list, messages are sent directly to the Junk Email folder. When added to Safe Senders, messages are less likely to be treated as junk.
If messages are still going to Junk, periodically review the Junk Email folder, mark valid group messages as “Not junk,” and ensure the recipients remain in Safe Senders.
