Root Cause:

The issue was with the 'Schedule your post for later' feature in Viva Engage, where the date appeared to be selectable in the pop-up but was not functional, causing confusion and preventing the user from scheduling posts as intended.

Actions Taken:

The agent reviewed the issue during a call with the requester, observed the greyed-out pop-up, and identified a workaround. The workaround involved scheduling the post first and then editing the date and time in the scheduled post settings. The agent also noted that this appeared to be a Microsoft-related issue and planned to escalate it to Microsoft for resolution.

Resolution:

The user was guided to schedule the post using the workaround of first scheduling it and then editing the date and time in the scheduled post settings. The ticket was closed as the user was able to schedule posts using this method.
