Disable User-Driven for Autopilot and only Allow Pre-Provision

I would like to request for Microsoft to have an option in Intune to disable technicians from doing User-Driven Autopilot V1 and instead only allow for pre-provisioning Autopilot V1. Many scripts and applications we deploy as required to a device security group so they install during pre-provision. We don't want technicians to give the laptops to the end-user after the user logs in unless it has been pre-provisioned\resealed. We want the user to get their laptop with almost all the apps installed and only the few apps assigned specially to the user to only install those. This makes the user experience and almost instantly be ready to work after they sign in if it was pre-provisioned properly.

Only issue is that Intune Autopilot must enable user-driven if we want to be able to pre-provision but we can't turn off user-driven and keep the option available to do pre-provision.

Also, we 100% don't want to do User-Driven or Autopilot V2.

Technically it doesn't matter, will you use user driven or pre-provision. Even if user launches the Enrollment during OOBE, if you assign scripts, apps and configs to device groups, they will appear into Windows before user really logs on.

For feedback, you should use Intune uservoice I believe, this Q&A platform is not actual feedback place. But I've been working with Autopilot 7 years now and I first time hear this kind of a need :)
