Hello Brady, Heather,
I understand that some calendar events appear in the Outlook desktop app but do not appear in Outlook for iOS. To narrow this down, could you please confirm whether the missing events also appear in Outlook on the web at https://outlook.live.com/calendar? Also, are the missing events from your main calendar, a shared calendar, or another calendar added to Outlook?
Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access or review your account directly. For Outlook for iOS, please try these steps first:
- Open the Outlook app on your iPhone.
- Go to Calendar, then tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner.
- Under your account, make sure the affected calendar is selected.
- Go to Outlook app Settings, tap the account that is not syncing, then select Reset Account.
- If the events still do not appear, remove the account from the Outlook app and add it again.
You can also review this related guide: Can’t sync calendar and contacts with my phone or tablet - Microsoft Support. It explains that IMAP and POP accounts can sync email only, not calendar or contacts, so the account type may also matter.
If the events are visible on the desktop app but not on Outlook on the web, please mention that as well, because it may mean the events are stored in a local or separate calendar rather than the online mailbox calendar.
