Hey,

My other microsoft account: ******@live.be is supsended. I tried already 10 times the form to reactivate it but Microsoft doesn't accept it. This mail I use for everything so I need it so urgent back. Due to the issues I deleted my account to try again. Due to that I can't see who I've send my last email to or the subjects... As well you guys ask for my last passwords for that account but I only had one...

Please help me to get back this account please! I really need it urgent again.

Kind regards
Emile

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Just to confirm, by suspended, do you mean your account is blocked?

If yes, and if you do not have any linked verification methods to receive verification codes to unlock the account: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/microsoft-account-has-been-locked-805e8b0d-4141-29b2-7b65-df6ff6c9ce27

I'm afraid the only way to recover/unblock the account is through the account recovery web form: https://account.live.com/acsr

Important: If you have an active 2FA, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored. If you only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or indicates insufficient information, this means that 2FA is disabled.

You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft, and you can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

If your Microsoft account recovery request was not granted, please review this link for tips on improving your chances of a successful recovery: https://support.microsoft.com/office/dc56c3e3-dff0-4ed5-8edb-60290eea6b53

Please be advised that Microsoft Support will not be able to grant you access to your account.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
