Hi @Mariyam Farag,
In most cases, a form is reopened because additional information, corrections, or specific updates are required. If the form is resubmitted without addressing the comments or issues noted during the reopen, the system may automatically reopen it again, which can make it seem as though the submission did not go through successfully.
Here are some steps you can take to help address the issue:
- Please review the reopen message or comments carefully These notes usually indicate what information or action is required before the form can move forward.
- Update the necessary details before resubmitting This may include correcting certain fields, completing required information, or re‑uploading documents that were flagged.
- Resubmit the form only after making the required changes Resubmitting the same information without updates may result in the form reopening again.
- Try basic technical checks (if applicable)
- Use a different browser
- Clear cache and cookies
- Ensure stable internet connection
- Avoid multiple submissions at the same time
If you have already completed all the requested changes and the issue continues, I recommend that you reach out to your IT support team. This is important because IT can:
- Check for system‑level or access‑related issues
- Review submission logs or error messages that are not visible to end users
- Identify browser, permission, or technical issues that may prevent the form from saving or updating correctly
Once IT reviews the issue, they can either resolve it directly or escalate it further if needed.
