Dear Microsoft Support,
I am experiencing a persistent issue signing in to my Hotmail / Outlook.com account through the Apple Mail application on both macOS and iPhone.
The same account credentials work normally in the Microsoft Outlook application, which suggests the account itself is active and the password is correct. However, Apple Mail is unable to complete the sign-in process.
The issue started after a recent Apple operating system update. Other accounts such as Gmail and iCloud continue to function normally in Apple Mail.
I would like to request assistance in checking whether there is any authentication, OAuth, security block, synchronization, or account-side issue affecting access through Apple Mail.
Please also advise if there are any current known compatibility issues between Microsoft accounts and Apple Mail.
If Bulgarian language support is available, I would appreciate communication in Bulgarian.
