I understand your iPhone 16 is receiving Outlook.com email again, but your Outlook.com calendar isn’t syncing, and you would like to request a callback. I’m happy to help. Do your events appear correctly in Outlook.com Calendar on the web?
Meanwhile, please follow these steps:
1) Confirm Calendar sync is enabled for the account
- On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Apps > Calendar > Calendar Accounts.
- Select your Outlook.com account (or Add Account if missing), then make sure the Calendar toggle is turned On.
2) Confirm you’re viewing the correct calendar in the iPhone Calendar app
Open the Calendar app > tap Calendars (bottom) > ensure your Outlook calendar is checked/selected.
3) If the account was added as IMAP/POP, calendar will NOT sync
- IMAP/POP can sync email only—they do not sync calendar/contacts. If you suspect the account was set up as IMAP/POP, remove it and re-add the account using an Exchange/Outlook.com method so calendar sync is included.
