I can see that you are receiving non-stop Family safety status report email and need to stop it.
I suggest you try turning Family safety activity reporting function off:
- Sign in to Family Safety and turn Activity reporting off, then turn it back on for the affected family member or device. Family organizers can manage this in the Family Safety app or on the web.
- If you want the emails to stop right away, temporarily turn Activity reporting off.

Also here is a temporary workaround, set up an inbox rule to move messages from Family safety status report email into a separate folder until the repeated emails stop.
