I am stuck at the last step which says store-listing. It says incomplete no matter what I do.
Its been 5 hours with this. Logo, small promo image, large promo image, Description (with no special character like bullets), screenshots with captions- all added. And still see incomplete. The UI isnt helping either. I have also tried removing the entire package and restart, but same result.

I am hating the whole procedure now that I have wasted much valuable time.

Any one faced this issue before? How to fix this? I am just one step away.

    Hi sritanu rudrapaul,

It usually takes several days for the review process before an Edge extension can be published.

More information can be found here: Publish a Microsoft Edge extension.

We are sorry for the inconvenience may have caused and thank you for your understanding.

On the Store listings step, the status stays Incomplete until all required fields are correctly filled for at least one language on its Details for <Language> page.

Check the following on the language row that is marked incomplete:

    1. Open the language details
      • In Partner Center, go to Store listings.
      • In the row for the language, select Edit details.
    2. Ensure all required properties are filled for that language On the Details for <Language> page, verify:
      • Extension name: Required for at least one language. It must match the name from the manifest. If missing, fill it in.
      • Description: Required for each language. It must:
        • Be at least 250 characters and no more than 10,000.
        • Clearly describe the full functionality of the extension. If the description is too short, the page will remain incomplete.
      • Extension logo: Required for each language. Must be a 1:1 image, minimum 128×128 pixels (recommended 300×300). Make sure the upload completed successfully.
      • Any other fields marked with an X icon or error message must be corrected.
    3. Fix hidden validation errors
      • If a banner says Fields require your attention, scroll down the page and look for fields with an X in a circle. These indicate what is blocking completion.
      • Correct those fields and save.
    4. Check per-language requirements
      • Each language that appears in Store listings must have its own required fields completed (description and logo at minimum).
      • If a language is not needed, remove it from Store listings so it does not keep the overall status as incomplete.
    5. If using multiple locales in the package
      • If only one locale shows up even though the package has multiple languages, ensure the manifest uses i18n placeholders and default_locale as described, so Partner Center correctly detects languages. Otherwise, some language rows may not align with the package and cause confusion.

Once at least one language has all required fields valid and no fields show errors, the Store listings step should change from Incomplete and allow proceeding to submission.
