On Office 365-Access i got a message - there isn't enough memory to update the display

Hello,

When I print to Microsoft print to pdf on Office 365 Access app version 2604 64Bit from a program inside access that our developer in our organiztaion made that when clicking on print to pdf after the user inserted data to a form -

The operation is successful and the pdf docuemnt is shown but also I got a message that says "not enough memory to update the display. Close programs that aren't in use and try again."

How can I prevent this message to be shown ? As there isn't a problem with RAM on my pc Windows 11 64bit and also the problem is showing on some of our users in my organization, Also it happens even if no programs are running in the background.

If the print job is large, increasing your paging file size can provide the necessary buffer.
Go to Advanced System Settings > Performance Settings > Advanced > Virtual Memory > Change.
Uncheck "Automatically manage paging file size" and set a Custom size (e.g., Initial: 8192 MB, Maximum: 16384 MB if disk space allows).
Re-enable the Print to PDF Feature:
- Temporary corruption in the PDF driver can cause false "out of memory" flags.
- Open Turn Windows features on or off (run optionalfeatures.exe), uncheck Microsoft Print to PDF, and restart your PC.
- Repeat the process to re-check it and restart again.

I want to update you that I tried Mahesh Pal recommended solutions but still the problem persists.

Answers for the questions you wrote:

The problem is with every Access file that in our company the developer made to insert data to forms and than exporting to pdf using print to pdf button he made by using vba code on Access. (I can attache here the code line that is making the export process)

It did worked before on all users pc's, and we didn't change or update Access app, the problem was also on version 2603.

Yes, show the code, so that we can see the method used.

There were various causes and cures for this error msg in the past. One of the cures involved printer settings. Do the affected computers have a default printer set?

The code of the button that is printing to pdf: (using vba)

DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, strRepName, acFormatPDF, "c:\Midge\A.pdf", True, , acExportQualityPrint

The computers affected has a default printer, but not Print to PDF, if changed to this setting the message will still appear (Also They doesn't have the setting that Windows chooses the default printer)
