Hi, you can locate the Software Center by clicking your Start menu and typing Software Center directly into the search bar.

If the shortcut is missing from your search results, you should try to trigger the application by go to C:\Windows\CCM\SCClient.exe in File Explorer. This utility is the client-side interface for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, which your organization might use to deploy Amazon Enterprise Access. If your system has transitioned to modern management, you may need to look for the Company Portal app instead.

On a Windows device that is managed by an organization, Software Center is installed automatically.

To open Software Center on the device:

    1. Select Start.
    2. Begin typing Software Center in the search box.
    3. Select Software Center from the best match results.

Alternatively, in the Start menu, look for the Microsoft Endpoint Manager group and select the Software Center icon there. (On older versions, the folder might be named Microsoft System Center.)

If Software Center does not appear in Start search or in those folders, the device might not be managed by Configuration Manager; in that case, contact the organization’s IT administrator.

Once Software Center is open, use it to install or access any applications your IT admin has deployed (such as tools needed for Amazon enterprise access, if they are provided that way) from the Applications tab.
