    Hi @Rose Ann V. Molase

Thanks for your question. If you created the team, you are already a Team Owner, which means you can update the team’s profile picture yourself. You can do this by following these steps in: Change your team picture in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Support

To add a picture for the group chat (the group you created) in Microsoft Teams on desktop or web:

    1. In Teams, select Chat on the left.
    2. Open the group chat whose image should be changed.
    3. Above the chat, move the pointer over the current group image (the square with initials) to the left of the group’s name.
    4. Select Change profile picture.
    5. In the window that opens, either:
      • Choose a preset illustration or emoji, then select Save, or
      • Select Upload, pick an image file (max 4 MB), and select Save.
    6. Repeat the same steps anytime to change or remove the image, or to return to the default.

Note: Custom images are supported only for group chats, not for meeting chats or 1:1 chats.
