Till now I have no access to the service.

    Hi @Oleksii Leshchenko

Thank you for sharing your concerns.

To better address your issue, could your provide additional information for the following questions:

May I know whether your account is hosted on Exchange Online, on‑premises or another email hosting provider?

Did you receive any confirmation email from Microsoft after signup?

Since more than 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to access the service, the most likely cause is that the Exchange Online Plan 1 license has not been assigned to your user account. You could ask your Microsoft 365 administrator (or do it yourself if you are the administrator) to assign the Exchange Online Plan 1 license to your user account.

You can refer this official Microsoft guide: Assign or unassign licenses for users in the Microsoft 365 admin center

Additionally, you could ask your current administrator check the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Billing > Your products to ensure that the Exchange Online Plan 1 subscription shows as Active.

Please understand that our initial reply may not always immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

The most likely cause is that the Exchange Online organization and/or mailbox provisioning is not yet fully completed, or the mailbox is not correctly licensed/created.

    Check the following:

    1. Confirm the license
      • In the Microsoft 365 admin center, verify that the user account has an Exchange Online Plan 1 (Exchange Online) license assigned.
      • If the user does not have an Exchange Online license, Outlook/Exchange services will not be available.
    2. Check for an on‑premises mailbox
      • If the same user already has a mailbox in an on‑premises Exchange environment, an Exchange Online mailbox will not be created for that user, and the Outlook/Calendar/People links in Microsoft 365 will remain unavailable.
    3. Allow for setup time
      • When a new Microsoft 365/Exchange Online organization is created, it can take up to 24 hours for the Exchange Online organization itself to finish provisioning.
      • After assigning an Exchange Online license to a user, it can take up to 15 minutes for the user’s Exchange Online mailbox to be created and for Outlook/Calendar/People to become available.
      • The user should sign out of the Microsoft 365 portal and sign back in after this time.
    4. If it has been more than 24 hours
      • If the tenant was created more than 24 hours ago and the user has had an Exchange Online license assigned for more than 15 minutes, but Exchange/Outlook is still unavailable, contact Microsoft 365/Office 365 Support to check the service health and the status of the tenant and mailbox provisioning.
