how to remove "Parent or guardian consent is required for this account" message?

out of nowhere, that account started giving me this message after working completely fine for a long time, i am an adult im 18+, i don't even know if i put a wrong date of birth or not, i can't even check or open the account, and when i searched for Microsoft it asked me to change date of birth, but like how do i even log in to change that? like that's so not logical and i am stuck here

    Hello Mohamed Safwat Elemam,

    I see that you're having "Parent or guardian consent is required for this account" message.This message appears when Microsoft thinks the account is under 18, even if you are actually an adult. Once triggered, you cannot fix it by signing in normally.

    I suggest you do adult verification link (works even when you can’t sign in). Open: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/family-safety/managing-parental-consent

    Or try these steps:

    1. Open this page in a browser (PC or phone): https://account.microsoft.com/family
    2. Sign in using the same email (even if it stops you afterward).
    3. When prompted, choose Verify age.
    4. Complete credit card verification (no charge).
    5. After verification, sign out completely.
    6. Wait ~10 minutes, then sign in again.

    This immediately removes the consent lock.

    Important: This is the only automatic unblock when DOB is wrong.
