Cannot enrol in partner program, or administer our Partner Portal

We are trying to enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.

We receive error code 2100: "A legal entity matching the request payload already exists when creating the legal entity."

However, in our Partner Center account, the Legal Info section is empty.

This suggests our company already exists in Microsoft’s partner system but is linked to another tenant or account. We are the legal owners of the company and need assistance to assign our account as Partner Admin Company and set me as a admin of Partner account
