Dear Sir, Dear Madame,

I have made 2-3 requests so far but nobody is helping me. I a Microsoft MPN ID (Microsoft Partner Network ID). But when requesting I keep on getting an error (see attachment).

    I have been struggling with Microsoft for close to 3 weeks now. Microsoft support says that they aren't responsible for the partner programs... eventually they asked me to write to you here... and you do not answer here. If you cannot help and do not care about making new satisfied clients, let me know so that it is clear!
