A web-based tool in Microsoft 365 that enables users to quickly create surveys, quizzes, polls, and feedback forms.
Dear @Amahle Mxuma,
Good day, and thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum. Please correct me if I’m mistaken, but based on your description, I understand that you’re trying to locate and complete a test (quiz) in Microsoft Forms.
Based on my research and how Microsoft Forms works in education environments, quizzes are typically assigned by a teacher and do not automatically appear under “My forms.” Below are the most common places where students can usually find their assigned tests.
1.Check Microsoft Teams
This is where most school tests appear:
- Open Microsoft Teams.
- Go to the class team (the class where the test was assigned).
- Click on Assignments in the left menu.
- Look for the test/quiz under Upcoming or Past due.
- Click on it, the Forms test should open directly inside Teams.
2.Check your school email (Outlook)
- Open Outlook (web or app) using your school Microsoft 365 account.
- Look in your Inbox for an email from your teacher with the subject containing the test name or "Quiz" / "Test".
- Open the email, it usually contains a direct "Open quiz" or "Take the test" button/link.
3.Go directly to Microsoft Forms
- Go to: forms.office.com and sign in with your school account.
- On the left side, click All Forms or change the dropdown from My forms to Group forms (tests assigned through Teams often appear here under your class/group).
Quick notes:
- Make sure you are signed in with your school Microsoft 365 account (not a personal Gmail or Hotmail).
- Try refreshing the page or using a different browser (Edge or Chrome works best).
- If you still can't find it, ask your teacher for the direct link to the test.
- Also, please be sure to review the link provided by the Q&A Assist above, as it contains helpful reference information that may further clarify the situation.
I hope this helps you locate your quiz. Please try the steps above and let me know how it goes. If you still need help, feel free to reply in the comments so I can continue supporting you. Wishing you the best of luck on your test.
